1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UrgentLoans.co.za website and loan matching service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About Our Service
UrgentLoans.co.za is a loan matching and referral service. We are not a credit provider and do not lend money directly. We connect consumers with NCR-registered credit providers who may offer personal loan products. Any credit agreement you enter into is between you and the credit provider directly.
Important: UrgentLoans.co.za does not guarantee loan approval. All lending decisions are made by the credit provider based on their own assessment criteria and the requirements of the National Credit Act (NCA).
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
- Have a valid South African ID number
- Have a regular source of income

4. Your Obligations
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
- Not submit fraudulent or misleading applications
- Review all loan offers carefully before accepting any credit agreement

5. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submitting an application through UrgentLoans.co.za does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer. Credit providers assess each application based on their own criteria, including income verification, credit checks, and affordability assessments as required by the NCA.
6. Fees
Our loan matching service is 100% free for consumers. We do not charge you any fees for using our website or submitting applications. We receive referral fees from credit providers when a loan is successfully concluded. This does not affect the cost of your loan.

- Interest rates are capped by the NCA
- Full cost disclosure is required before you sign
